Any particular reason why you want to get NRAI membership? It's better that you go for your state rifle association membership first. NRAI membership costs a bit (http://www.thenrai.in/PDF/d4ec74ef-89af ... 406f85.pdf) but offers not many benefits AFAIK unless you're in Delhi where you can walk into Karni Singh for practice and all.
