any NRAI affiliated club in Nagpur?

Dear Friends!

I want to become member of NRAI affiliated club/rifle association. I stay in Nagpur, Maharashtra. I found NDRA (Nagpur District Rifle Association) working here in Nagpur. On my inquiry they informed me that NDRA is not affiliated to NRAI but they have applied to some club/rifle association in mumbai for their affiliation. NDRA do not have their own shooting range they hire it from CRPF 2-3 times in a year for shooting practice for the members. The lifetime membership fee is Rs. 15000/-

Please guide me
1. Is it worthwhile to join NDRA at this amount for events of shooting practice 2-3 times/year?
2. Can I import air gun using membership card from NDRA.
3. Considering my geographical location which club/rifle association can I join?
4. If i do not know 2 members of NRAI affiliated club/rifle association personally how can I become member of such club?
5. What could be the membership fee for any such club?
