Danish, I guess you want an air pistol for recreational purpose as Patna does not have any Rifle club and as far as my knowledge, the whole of Bihar, where you could actually train for competitions. The nearest would be Kolkata or Jamshedpur as Nishith pointed out. Having said that, membership to the NRAI was open until I last heard a month back. You could visit their site www.thenrai.in for membership details. If I'm not wrong, an NRAI membership is good enough for you to import an air gun/pistol.
