N.E.J.M. take on gun law?

The New England Journal of Medicine is among the most highly revered medical journals of our time. Cutting edge to the extent that almost 8 out of 10 recent advances in critical care medicine were first published in it.

Hamiclar, I briefly listened in to the courtroom debate (it was on the CNN.com website) - and it does seem that the judges are in the mood to strike down the Washington DC law as being invalid. Would be a landmark judgement if it happens.

The brighter side of having RKBA enshrined in the constitution,I wonder if the same would have worked in our backyard given the no of times the constitution has been amended.
