Blanket ban in issuance of Arm Licence

Government of Arunachal Pradesh in violation of Constitution of India and Arms Act has issued orders banning issuance of Arm Licence. I have been running from piller to post, SP of three districts have given threat perception report. Deputy Commissioner of three districts have recommended for issuance of Arms license to me. But due to order banning issuance in Arm licence my applications are pending. Without having any way out I had to file a Writ Petition before Honble Gauhati High Court. Notice is ussued upon Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Case is pending for filing of Affidavit in opposition by the government....
