Indians For Guns

Hi everyone
Recently i applied for renewal of my arms license in Himachal. I was told by the staff the the DC office that issue and renewal of all arms license has been suspended due to up gradation of the software i.g Shastr online arms licensing sys which is used pan india by all states due to the recent change in govt arms policy. I would like to know if similar issue is being faced by other members ?

In ludhiana they were taking long time to renew arms license 3-4 months and DCP is also calling the arms license holders of age group 21-30 for interview at time of renew.
