Gujarat High Court : Dead against RKBA

I have gone through all the judgements reg RKBA available at Gujarat High Court website but not a single judgement in favour of RBKA. Very saddening research! Seems public in Gujarat are too safe to keep arms.

Prabhat.. There is difference between theory & practical... one may spend a life time reading about guns... all theoretical..can come up with g8 arguments on papers but nothing on ground.. people deciding matters in courts are people like us.. prejudiced by surrounding like us...so apart from great knowledge about law.. there is something that's called practice of law & subject matter..Thats why there are judgements.. Law is dynamic
