Technology beats Gun Control

When our Founding Fathers and Mothers prepared the great Constitution of India, this technology did not exist, nor did such a concept exist.
Yet such was the fore thought in our Constitution that such an event was provided for, and whenever some even newer technology is available tomorrow, chances are that our Constitution will treat it as legal.
You cannot deny the citizens of our Nation of their right to defend themselves.
And while this video is in a US context, 3 D printing technology already exists in India.
