Once again Oklahoma passed another gun law.

This one Prohibits government from confiscating firearms during an Emergency.

Here in Hawaii we have a similar law passed a year or two ago.

See what hapens during the next major earthquake or tsunami to hit Hawaii.

Post Katrina; a few states have passed laws like that.
Unfortunately, unless you put some teeth in the law punishing authorities who flout it, it's going to keep happening.
