Request if anyone has any experiance or can suggest the best possible way to go about this.
My license was for transfer of family heirloom basis and rejected by CP, Mumbai stating no threath to life.
Please help and guide.

How can they say no threat? Ask them to give a written guarantee of protection of your life, family and property.
Who gives them a right to decide how much threat we face, as if we have any doubts about the risks.
Can they predict and protect us against random acts of violence? Even the astrologers of divine cognizance cannot, how will these lazy mortals?
Regards,
Virendra
