In these dark days, even the God's blessing isn't protection enough, it seems. Kottayam is all agog over Fr Jacob Augustine, a Catholic priest, applying for a gun license.

There was one Father Marc,here in Punjab,who was an avid hunter/notorious poacher(depends on which side you are) who died when a cartridge he was refilling, exploded.Armed priests is not a new phenomenon.There are numerous such instances in History.

Yes! U can see practically thousands of them all over north India armed with Trishuls and Swords..
