Can't become member of Nagri.

Good afternoon,
I am an Indian citizen living in Mexico. I went to the Nagri page and tried to become a member, uncessfully. I also sent a message online to which I did not receive an answer. I would also like to make a financial contribution to the cause, even though I know I will personally never benefit if success is achieved.
I would like to recommend the following:-
1. Make the format so that it can be submitted online and can carry details for non resident members. This also helps in reducing faxing and paper.
2. Open an official account which can then be linked to paypal, google pay etc so that us NRIs can make financial contributions.
3. In today's world the process should be mostly electronic and automatic.
4. There are newspapers in the United States which have a wide circulation, and an advertisment should be placed in those papers to make the NRIs aware of this movement. I can help with this.
5. I cannot express more the importance of Paypal to collect donations from NRIs all over the world.
Regards,
Pavan
