Good idea. However, I couldn't decide which part can be done away with.
I guess the article was originally prepared by Abhijeet, so lets ask him.

Anyways, I would suggest to use the other side of the paper with a P.T.O. (Please Turn Over) sort of indication on the front side.
From the print preview I see at MS Word, the Hindi version comes on 2 page via Font - Mangal Size - 9 and modest margins. So printing on both sides can make it to one.

oops cant believed i missed the most important bit.

In Gandhiji's quotation make it kukarm rather than kookarm. I mean small 'oo' rather than bada 'oo'
