Fortress of steel cracks

Post by goodboy_mentor » Sun Jan 24, 2010 3:16 pm

The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry has taken the initiative of training members who have licensed arms, in collaboration with the Jamshedpur Rifle Club.

“Carrying a gun isn’t enough to take on criminals in crisis situations. The licence holders must also be trained to handle arms,” said Suresh Sonthalia, the general secretary of SCCI.

But Jamshedpur was never like this. Not one of its loyal residents ever thought they would have to carry weapons to protect themselves from goons who have struck at random and in places like Kadma-Sonari Link Road, Northern Town, Mango and Sidhgora.

How did it go unnoticed! Thanks for pointing it out,Goodboy.

They seem to understand the principle of owning a firearm for self-defence well and endowed with an uncommon ability-commonsense. Is there anyone on IFG who is from those parts who can contact them and point them towards us and the NAGRI topic? Thanks.

Best-
Vikram
