Capapie does not answer to our emails.

Their dealership certificates mentions:
"The Company (Walther) authorises the Partner( Capapie) to submit quotations and offers in accordance with prices and instructions given by the Company to the Government and the Army in India."

Same wording in the certificates from Diana and Gehmann.
Most likely they would supply exclusively to defence establishments.
Although their might be exceptional cases on minor parts and accessories, point in case above poster sudesh who bought an airpump. What do you guys think?

Capapie does not answer to our emails.

They do not take customer calls also. Have been trying to deal with them for some time now and have formed a very poor opinion, especially regarding one of their employees called Nilesh Rane.

I do agree with Bowman, even myself made number of mobile call, sms and email, but all resulted in big zero. reason to contact them
as i wanted to replace some parts of my .22LR IOF Rifle. I could successed to contact a female (forgot name) staff of their Mumbai office
when I made a call on landline and critically compalined about their function of office, mainly in answering call. then, some Mr. Nikhil
came on line and said to help me in case of any inquiry.
