Indians For Guns

Hi Members!
I am delighted to be a member of this forum.I am from Hyderabad, A.P
I hope I will get support from existing members in understanding the sport.
i was in NCC and had practised shooting.
Would like to understand how I can shoot 0.22 at SAAP range?
Is membership at RAAP compulsory to apply for Arms license or it the other way round?

Can anyone appraise me of the procedure to become a member of RAAp and SAAP, Gachobowli,Hyderabad?
