There is a dealer in Chandigarh (forget his name) who had two .357 single action revolvers for sale. 5 years ago he had quoted Rs 8 lacs.

Your friend for this money may immigrate in country were Ruger revolver 300 USD + buy car + rent house + pay immigration layer

or buy in Moscow region small flat 25 square m after 5 years buy legal semi auto original AK,PPSH,Stechkin and other cool stuff
