Hi, I'm Tushar from bihar. Have been reading this forum since last 2 yrs to gather as much knowledge about weapons. I have no practical knowledge about guns/ handling guns. Have got a handgun NPB license last year for entire state, pending All India Authorisation. Have applied for 2nd Arms License for SBBL/DBBl/PAG which I should get in 1-2days. Have a few queries regarding purchase of both, will ask in appropriate forums. Thanks.
