Hi Saint , yes i have acquired one Diana model 66 and very recently a national 35 , I intend to add one BSA lightning shorlty and trying to figure how to get it , my initial online survey gave me a few options but still not sure.

Originally i started with a calcutta made air rifle way back in 1992 it had no name on it except two letters SN beautifully installed within the engraved mark of a rifle , for biginners luck that one proved to be a perfect fit and became a part of my right hand for 8-10 years, then in 2001 i got a national 35 which required some practice but proved to be of amazing power and accuracy using mastershot pellets .

I used no other pellet than mastershot untill i got Diabola hammer head along with my Diana , i experimented with other pellets and now Gamo is what i use from my national and SN ( yes my darling is still in good working condition :) ),

An interesting thing happened which i am refereing just to comment on the dgradation in terms of quality , when i went to a gunhouse in lucknow to get the thread issue sorted on my first airrifle in the year 2001 , the gunsmith looked down the barrel and said it looks like it has not been much in use and seemed to be surprised when i told him atleast 10000-15000 rounds have gone through , pointing some other errors he suggested to upgrade to national which i did .

Again there is lot to be said about quality of the national from 2001 and the one i recently purchased for 3 times the price .

thanks
