Price List of Guns In PAK
Strange but True,
Where on one hand authorities in India charge gruesome amount for availing a fire arm (Not to mention the hardships to avail the license in the first place) our Neighbor is all set up and providing fire arms to civilians at the cost of peanuts...

Good one friend
Sometimes if you want to get rid of the gun, you have to pick the gun up.

Their procedure for issue of arms licenses of all categories(full auto, semi auto, bolt action etc.), sale, transfer etc. is also much more sensible than that in India. In Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, I don't think there is any kind of requirement of "license" for any kind of weapon that can include locally made rocket launchers, rockets, mortars, anti aircraft guns etc.

Interesting link-Arora.Thanks.
Did anyone else notice a strange anomaly?
While the guns are relatively much-much cheaper than in India, ammo seems to be as equally expensive. Check the ammo prices and tell me if it is not so.
Same thing in Georgia too. Guns are relatively cheaper than in India and yet ammo price is quite high.I wonder why.

Vikram

Hehe! Who is going to enforce the licensing in those areas?goodboy_mentor wrote: In Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, I don't think there is any kind of requirement of "license" for any kind of weapon that can include locally made rocket launchers, rockets, mortars, anti aircraft guns etc.

Re: Price List of Guns In PAK
and as regarding to the ammo prices also, they are cheaper as compared to India.... where in India do u get .32 ammo imported/Indian for Rs. 50?
In Varanasi the current rate for .32 pistol ammo is Rs. 110 and the imported stuff........ if u can get it will cost u more than Rs. 400 per bang.
And look at the variety of ammo available there............ at least every thing IS available!!
Yes I do envy the pakis in this field

Re: Price List of Guns In PAK
Hahahaha..!!
Friends apart from the primary post...take a look...This poor Guy in the PAK forum wants to know which pistol to buy within a range of 50K...and just see how his simple question was answered (much simply, of course)
Now where does that make us Indians stand...in our forums we just have some standard question:-
1) Pistol better or revolver
2) Share your experience of taking delivery from the factory
3) Mark 3 OR Mark 4
hahaha..and to top it all
4) please upload the pic of your gun.
Well, friends dont take the above said otherwise, i know that for most of us these questions are really very important...but dont you think we are being undermined by our own government by making it hell-crazy for Indians to own guns of their desires !!
We still are following the rule of the Britishers where in they made a Law that Right of owning a Gun should be highly be reserved....as they feared that strongly believed that to rule a country disarming the citizens is of prime importance .....Friends we all are still STUCK in that ERA !! The RULERS have changed but the RULE remains the same !!
SAD BUT TRUE !!
However here is the link which started this comment in the 1st place http://www.pakguns.com/showthread.php?7 ... mm-Pistols

Re: Price List of Guns In PAK
@Gwattal : Brother even if you double the price from where it stands in PAK ...does anyone in this forum mind a Walther .32 Pistol at 80K ?? Anyways that has nothing to do with the price band as these products are sold at the Economy of scale defined in dollars by the governing country.
