Carrying a Walther CP99 PPK CO2 Air Pistol to India

Hi,
I am moving to India from UK and I wonder if I can take a above mentioned pneumatic air pistol with me. What is the rule? Can I ship it with my other belongings? I look forward to receive an answer.
