Hello.

Post by Enemy » Mon Aug 09, 2010 8:42 am

Hello all,

I just found this website and it's wonderful to see the RKBA alive and kicking back in the old country. I live in the US and have been interested in firearms ever since I got here as a 4 year old in 1984.

I've included some pictures, as everyone loves pictures.

The above is an "SAR-2" which is a Romainian 5.45 x 39 Ak pattern rifle. I bought it in 2001 for $175!

Is there any way to own such a rifle in India?

Here are two pistols I own.

I carry the smaller .380ACP from time to time. I shoot the GLOCK from time to time as well.

Here is one of my most fun firearms. It is a Colt 9mm clone. Unfortunately it is only semi-automatic. The top half is from a Colt 9mm sub-machinegun and the bottom is from a private manufacturer.

Welcome to the forum Enemy. Very nice collection. Please do post thoughts of the Ruger LCP on a new thread in the Handguns section.

Cheers

Welcome to IFG, Enemy. Nice collection you have there. Thanks for sharing.

No, common man will not be able to own a single one from your collection let alone an AK variant.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

Welcome enemy. Good guns. Do you hunt?
