hi buddy,
you are very right.
it is the high and mighty, rather the ones with the connections, who have all the ease in getting arms.
infact i am right now in europe on a hunt and one popular gun smith told me that a lot of people from india import pistols, the beretta cheetah being the most popular. and when i told him that only sport shooters can, he said that a few were, but a lot of the were not. and how he knew? they had no knowledge of guns and just wanted a gun for self defense or some such silly purpose they gave him. he didnt divulge names as professional courtesy.
its us little folks who get ground in all the paperwork and red tape and bureaucracy.
unequal rights for different people.
To Excellence through Diligence.

I think Prabhloch will help our cause by promoting human right ideas. after all right to live is a basic human right. right to self defence is a basic human right which is not even recognised legally in many countries.
We are lucky that in india it is recognised legally. That only few can avail the facility is a different issue. An issue which can be and should be brought to light. The middle finger group under Prabhloch an help us.
what say prabhloch.

Of course it is reasonable to expect that his organization as well as every human rights organization that is true to its words, should actively promote basic human right of self defense and its most effective means thereof. Do you think sending him a pm would be helpful?

Hi Hammerhead

Sorry we've been occupied with some work offlate. The answer to your question is there in the articles on the top. We've worked on several cases, you can google it, or visit one of our sites. People only get to know about the work done by human rights organisations in cases which get famous, people dont get to know about the hard work put in thousands of cases that miss the public eye. Thats the answer to your question. In hurry right now, will try to write a detailed answer if time allows. Thanks & Peace.
