Hi Everyone

Post by atomicious » Sat Jan 02, 2010 2:14 am

:) Hello Everyone,

I am Atomicious and I am presently residing at Noida [U.P, India]. I am 23 years old and I work for a creative career line. I came across this forum at a search engine and found it to be absolutely rich in information of all kinds about arms. So here I am. I wont call myself to be a gun enthusiast but I take interest in them from a self defence point of view.

I am not very knowledgeable about the technicalities of guns such as types, makes, specifications etc but I am slowly learning about those aspects.

I want to wish everyone here a very Happy New Year 2010 !

Regards

~Atomic

Welcome to IFG, atomicious. A great new year to you too, buddy. I am sure you'll learn a lot in IFG w.r.t guns, ownership, RKBA and all. Take time to go through all the posts. I know that's a lot. :)

Regards
Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.
