Hello from Thailand!!

Post by Siam Spearo » Tue Feb 03, 2009 12:51 pm

Hi all,

I just joined up and I'm looking forward to making lots of new friends and maybe meeting some of you guys next month when I arrive in India for my fishing and spearfishing holiday

I will be spending most of my time hunting BIG fish with a rubber powered speargun in the Andaman islands and then maybe mainland India. I have posted a thread on here asking about the legal issues regarding bringing my gear into the country, the guns are powered by rubber bands, like a sling shot, there is no gas, black powder or pneumatic power involved, just rubber bands.

I was disappointed to learn that hunting is illegal in India, would have been great to hook up and hunt some deer with you guys.

BTW, I'm an Englashman but I have been living in Thailand since I was 18 years old.

Anyway, Nice to meet you all and hope to meet some of you soon,
Siam
