Hi nvramanprasad,
Welcome to the forum, your selection of the IHP 35 is very good in fact supposed to be the best amongst all the Air Guns manufactured in India.
Wishing you a Happy and Safe Shooting,

Srinivas

Hey, all of you thanks for the warm welcome. I have so far fired about 300 pellets.
I am interested in fitting a scope.
Is there some one in Hyderabad who can help me with that. I have already seen the other post in IFG but the information there is not "exactly enough for me".

I wouldn't suggest that. Quite a few scopes out of ebay have been found fake. You have no way of verifying the authenticity.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.
