Monster Hunter International

I just finished reading Monster Hunter International and Monster Hunter Vendetta last weekend. Both books are by Larry Correia. If you like guns and action, you will like those two books. Please keep in mind that these books would fall under the realm of Action Fantasy. Don't let that turn you off though. Both books are very fast-paced, entertaining reading, written with a touch of humor and filled with guns and action. You should read them in sequence to fully understand the story. Vendetta follows International. Larry is a gun guy so you won't find him calling a magazine a clip and other silly stuff that most authors perpetrate on us.
For those who haven't given them a try, there are teaser chapters available here:
Monster Hunter international - First seven chapters
Monster hunter Vendetta - First six chapters
Electronic versions of these books (ebooks) can be purchased here too. There are many free readers available for the PC. I use eReader and the Mobipocket reader. They can also be purchased in .html and can be read unsing your web browser. MHI is $6.00 and MHV is $15 and you can use a credit card to purchase the electronic versions from the publisher's (Baen books) website.
Monster Hunter Vendetta is currently on the New York Times Bestseller List
