Here are the few steps:
===================
Total swap volume for IHP25 =14280 cc For IHP35 you can expect more.
Leather Seal installed = 12250 cc
Synthetic Seal installed = 13233 cc
============================
Extra you will get if synthetic seal installed = 983 cc
So, if leather seal installed gives you 500 fps, after synthetic you will get 5
40 ftp and +++ due to good sealing and you can also expect smooth operation.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Now what you need will be, make or BUY an adapter which can make Most advance seal available in the market (Say, JM seal or V-Mach)
2. You need to clean and polish the powerplant of IHP. and then follow the picture.
Seal Adapter
Screw it
This is how it look after installation
Another view
3. Now to install seal
Insert the adapter as shown. (They show fit tight)
See how thy look
Bottom view
Finally screwed it on the piston.
I am sure, you will be happy about the performance and you will never look back to the filthy seal IHP provides. he he he he.
*/ If you don't get a foren gun, no regret, you now can own a better version of Indian Gun
Seal and Adapter, both can be sourced from me. I have few no. left with me.

kindly tell how much FPS I can achive with this seal on my IHP 35. I have seen some .22 airguns on pyramid air who claim speed of 850fps ,how do they achive that much higher speed.

Thanks for the visual Tirths.
where did you get the adapter from?
Hi Jaz.
Higher quality of products and finish.
Better and improved powerhouse (spring, washers, seals etc).
For starters -
using the method Tirths stated above you can add some FPS.
Clean and hone the powerhouse that will give you some more FPS.
Change the factory shipped IHP spring to a Gsmith or any other better spring - that will give you more FPS.

sniper , let me know that i have to install spring of heavier\thicker guage to increase FPS\power of my IHP35 or spring of same wire guage but with more number of coils or both things can be applied to increase power. From where can we buy jm seal/v- mach seal. There are many shops in my city who deal in hydraulic and phneumatic seals but I,am not sure they have seals of this type.

....cock the IHP and while holding on to the barrel with one hand, with your other hand insert a stiff wire into the transfer port of the IHP till it makes contact with the piston head...mark off the point where the wire just exits out of the port....remove the wire...uncock the gun and re insert the wire ...mark off yet again at the exit ...this portion is the length you will minus off the previous measurement...what is left with you is the displaced length of the piston...from here onwards it is straight forward calculation for volume...COURTESY - Karizman...
volume = height x radius x radius x 3.14cm ='X' cc

How this can be done if it is angular port?

...I thought he asked for the IHP which has a cylindrical port....fill de natured alcohol and calculate cc for conical/venturi ports....
