As shown in the picture. The plastic end cap and two pins.
Trigger spring -> we have to remove it.
Removed!
Remove the trigger pin
Pull out the trigger
Remove the barrel
Put it on spring compressor, remove the end cap. I use Rs.2 coin end of it + little grease.
Screw the compressor. Remove the 2nd pin.
Removed
Hold the coin and unscrew the compressor.
Careful: do not let the coin slips.
Ok You are done!

Sitar i would suggest a long vice- there are ones that are above 4 feet in length. those are useful and also safe (provided that you concentrate on what you are doing)

Just a passing thought...
As per RBI regulations, ill-treating of all currency issued by RBI is a criminal offense. Guess we should use something other than a coin
P.S. I could not find the link of the RBI regulations in their website. Could not find this info in The new website ...

Hi,
Don't know if you have already put it together? But you might as well powder coat in black since you've got it opened up. Might make it look nice.

Ok guys, lets start the 2nd part
I want you to see what happens when you have cocked the IHP. I am sure you will not be happy after seeing this.
1. While cocking..
2. Releasing the barrel..1
3. Releasing the barrel..2
4. Released the barrel completely..
See
how much the trigger is holding. Now you know what you suppose to do in order to stop
accidental fire
