dissassembly iof pistol

friends,wish you all a very happy new year.has anyone dissassembled an iof pistol?if so kindly enlighten me.seems difficult.if you post some snaps will be happy.thanks
Take out the magazine.
Check to ensure that there is no round in the chamber.
Push in the lock retaining the recoil spring and turn it anti-clockwise until it comes out.Do this carefully as the spring will push it out with some force.Remove the spring.
Pull back the slide till the cut in the slide(inner side) lines up with the locking lugs of the barrel and turn the barrel clockwise .Remove the slide along with the barrel from the frame.
