Finally 2 stage trigger is coming in flesh & blood. Profile is cut & ground. Next step is making additional parts & springs & fitting them perfectly in IHP's trigger groove & then do some shooting.

The whole trigger set is cut from solid steel block. It is very tedious job to maintain fine tolerances while working with files & hacksaw but I enjoy doing such things.

Great job,

Look towards mass producing it right from the start. So when do I get to put it on an IHP ?

I hope to finish this by the end of this month but all depends on my spare time. Final version may have some changes as far as material is concerned, keeping in mind the cost & mass production method. Hence some of the parts can be casted in aluminium or brass for weight saving & asthetics. But all contact points, like sear & adjusting lever will have to be machined from hardenable steel only for durability & dependibility.

Hi, airdevil,
You are really coming out with great and simple solutions for trigger units..
This one is also worth trying.
Thank You...

I am pleased to inform you that a 2 stage trigger for IHP 35 designed by me has been tested & is working perfectly. I am very thankful to few fellow forumers for encouraging me to develop a product without even knowing anything about me. I would like to offer them this trigger free of cost as a small gesture of grattitude from me.

I hope fantumfan 2003, Mo & Tenex will not mind my offer & would email me their postal addresses to enable me send them a trigger to be tested with their respective airguns within next few days.

Thanks once again to all of you & I promise to keep bringing innovative products in future.

It will be an honour to recieve the two stage trigger. Thank you.
I will surely test it out for you.
This new trigger will transform the IHP springers completely.
Looking forward to it.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Thanks TenX I will let you know my choice but I am unable to send you PM & I can see that even my signature is also removed since this morning. I think people don't want me to be accessible by any means. Anyway it is their forum & I don't want to spoil my mood by asking the reason. One of my friend will PM you on my behalf to know your contact details. Please provide the same.

I am putting my ideas here on this forum to be shared by all the forumers & I expect to know the responces from them but what I am noticing here is very disturbing & non-encouraging behaviour.

Very soon I will be launching my website & put the link here for everyone to see. I hope the current rules won't change by then.

Thanks once again.

i am sure this work would be remebered by all who missed a 2 stage trigger in the desi models.one thing i wanted to know is will this need to be hardened or we can fit it directly also if the housing needs to be fabricated by members.all in all your work is highly regarded and i would love to get my hands on one if you wish so,i had tried a lot in the past and failed, and finally lost the steam.

The trigger will be hardened & will not need any housing. It can be fitted directely without any machining. I will make it available to all users in near future.

If you don't mind let me see your design also. We will try to find a solution.
