yes,
tried mould plastic over the guide and decided to go back to stock metal spring guide.. first issue is size, and then the flexibilty is not that great with the material used.. waiting to try better grade plastic and no coating this time, just a complete moulded model..

Oh, why complicate so much. Get a one inch dia delrin rod and have a duplicate made of the metal spring guide.

wind good old electric tape around the stock guide and be done with it.....with IHP 'out of round tubes'/off centered piston stems, the delrin/PVC/nylon/nylatron/plastic/hdpe/UHMWPE guides will BREAK....thomast1 wrote:yes,
