MoA,

Thanks for the informative post. The site discusses about Chemical reagents only. Do you know any gun cleaning kit is available for 0.177 Caliber?( Cleaning rods, brushes, etc). Since shooting competitions use 0.177's, there should be some method that competitive shooters use to clean the bore. I have tried local shops and they are saying none is available for 0.177.

I had already posted this question as a separate thread on Gun Care & Gunsmithing Section before i saw your thread.

I am certain there are cleaning kits and solvents available for .177 air guns. You could check on Cabelas or Midway.
I do not have any experience with air guns, so am probably not the right person to advise you.

Gsmith and Gamo have kits for .177 too.
