Allow me introduce the best gunsmith in Mizoram.. All of 28 years and a third generation gunsmith. He tookover the operation after his father died of lung Cancer last year (Hazards of Metalworking)

Would have loved to show some of his reworked and original pieces but..
Anyway I Just missed a whole batch of AK's, 9mm's and Ruger 38 revolvers that had been sent for repairs by the Mizoram Police.. maybe next time.

This guy seems to be the best protected citizen in mizoram (not counting the VIP's) since he usually has at least 2-4 cops guarding his workshop for 24 hours 365 days a year! He usually delays delivery of 1-2 government guns just to make sure his shop is well guarded. By the time he finishes them another batch from some other security force lands up and with it another contingent of guards to protect government property.. Nice trick for free police protection!

Good call... while we would all like to see good workmanship, some things are just not worth the hassle!
