Loosening of AR foresight Globe-Solution
Particularly Indian ARs suffer from loosening of front globe sight due to vibration.
At times it confuses shooter about his ability.
In general it is advised to unscrew the globe screw and wrap some thread and then again screw it as per required height.
But the thread can not sustain the pressure for long.
Here is a permanent solution.
Tighten the globe screw as per required height.
Make the area of oil/Grease free and do soldering properly.
Cost - Rs. 5/-
This is a permanent solution.
Please see the fotos.

Thats true Basu da, it is an issue with the adjustable globe sight.
As an alternate solution I wrap it with plumbing tape and tighten the screw.

Best is to wrap cotton on the globe thread..then on drop of Fevifit 30 on threads , tighten as per length required.
Allow it to cure for 24 hrs.
But unfortunately Fevifit 30 is not available in hardware stores.

You could also try removeable threadlock such as Loctite 243 or nail polish varnish, after degreasing all the concerned threads.

Provided the front sight housing is metallic, you can also use hot melt glue.
I use it for fixing aluminium inserts to aluminium arrow shafts. http://indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=13632
Sticks of hot melt glue are available at hardware shops.

Ha..Ha...Ok, I will get my child to give me a picture of her hot glue gun and gum sticks...and post it for your eyes, basu da!!
The thing should work good to hold the front sight globe though. Never thought of it. Great suggestion that!

Prashant
