AR Tuning

Is it possible to replace piston & spring of IHP 35 with those of SX 100 club?

Spring may be replaceable but not the piston. But why you want to do this???

Thanks oreku. Actually, the spring and pistion of my ar got demaged. So, thought to replace those with sx100 to reduce recoil.
