Can you post a picture? did it break across the wrist of the stock?
It may be possible to repair it quickly and economically but you will need to post some pictures first.

> If the stock is broken evenly at the pistol grip - its rather easy to mend it - but if the break is elsewhere & uneven then its a gone case.
> Best option is to take the broken stock to Hubli to a good carpenter & ask him to make a new one in the same design out of Malaysian Teak (its light as compared to Burma or Indian Teak) The cost should be around Rs.3500/=
