Parker hale sights

while doing some research i came across this website regarding Parker hale and others, some may find it of some interest.

good link naga. though i must confess that merely looking at them made my eyes water at the thought of squinting through one of those.....

Aperture sights are easier to learn how to use than bladed rear sights, IMHO.
Here is a pic of my oldest son with his muzzle loading rifle, if you look carefully you can see the rear sight is an aperture. It is quite fast to use, in addition to being accurate. (The picture is a couple of years old, he's a lot bigger now!)

i also like the rear sight for quick target accuction mostly brought up on iron sights.
