.22 lr wmr

needed to know, if the normal .22lr rifles can fire the wmr(magnum) round.

Going by the '30-06 in the 318 WR' post,You seem to have a penchant for shooting wrong ammo in rifles.Do a google search with the caliber name...

No you cannot because the case is bigger.

A 22LR case is the same diameter as the bullet, and a 22 Magnm the case is larger in diameer so the bullet fits inside the case.

actually, i was very puzzled when a friend of mine was using both cartidges in his conversations.and Regarding the .318 cartidges, where do i get them. i tried west bengal where this caliber is quite common, most of them actually used the 30-06.this is where i got my ideas from.

No, they cannot. Magnum is both longer and larger in diameter than chamber.
