Is the “ShorShot” 12 bore cartridge is Indian made or foreign made. I have few of them (old). I tried to fire 2 of them but they did not fire. Anyone has any information about this brand of cartridge ?

Thank your stars that the shor SHOCK cartridges did not fire.

These cartridges were made in Delhi (Asaf Ali Road ). The factory closed nearly 10 years back. Consigne them to the dustbin. These cartridges sold when IOF products were in short supply and all such junk available in the market sold because of extreme shortage of IOF ammo. No one would even touch them today.
