12g SHAKTIMAN AMMO

We do not get a variety of cartridges in Gurgaon, as there are a very few dealers and they keep regular fast moving cartridges only. In 30.06 only Sellor & Ballot are available.
For the 12g shotgun (my preferred gun) Besides the RC4, Fiocchi official trap and golden trap in no. 7.5, though I use them rarely and have 100's of them in stock. I can get only KF no 1 and no. 0 some times, whereas Shaktiman has a better range and I can order the same. I buy no 4.8, rifle slugs and hollow point slugs. Now I would like a clarification on the following points.
1. The dealer who sells only KF says that that the Shaktiman due to its heavier recoil damages the gun (though I doubt it).
2. Is there any other manufacturer who supplies some good cartridges??
