Current price of .22 Iof ammo

Hi folks. What is the current price of .22iof ammo. My dealer is quoting Rs 25/00 for older cartridges and Rs 38/00 for the new ones. This price difference has puzzled me. Is the new ammo technically better?

Hello,
Paid Rs.24/- for KF ammunition in Bangalore, last month. However, the running price for the 'new ammo' in Dehradun is Rs.30/-. There seems to be no difference between the two, as far as looks are concerned. I am yet try them.

Price of KF .22LR is 1150 for a pack of 50 including taxes, as per last week in Hyderabad.
Some time back they were selling it for Rs18 plus taxes. You just have to bargain, as it a sellers market.
