I was wondering if anyone could provide the current prices of .22LR KF ammo in Calcutta and is it possible to buy them from any Ordinance Factory Sales Outlet ?

Around Rs 20.... Rs 19 may be. I asked a dealer last week.
No you cant buy it from any ordnance factory sales outlet on a private licence.

And I was actually worried when I read yesterday in this very forum that a .32 ACP imported ammo was costing Rs 700 . I was assuming that a .22LR may cost Rs 300 a pop .

Relax friend... .22 will never cost so much simply because an entire sport depends on it

Hello Friends,

I was told by a local retailer, Hyderabad that .22LR wax coated is priced Rs 19 and dry coated is Rs 26.

These prices are still 10 times costlier compared to US, Australia imported brands. and quota limits my practice to airguns.

Delhi the price is 16.15 + Vat @ 12.5 % +Rs. 18.16 each
