hi dont know of .315 but i recently purchased .32 acp for rs 90 a pop in haryana.i think new liecence not being granted and dealers have no sale of weapons they have decided to raise price of ammunation for expences like shop rent,electricity bill,salary of workers working in shop in my opinion you might see price of ammo reaching skies because they have no alter to earn living accept price hike of ammo.yesterday i was told by gun dealer that s&b .30-06 ammo will cost you 150+ thanks
