Found them in Pune. The guy has got some good blank guns in stock.

guys kindly share the info Im also lookin for a blank fire. I knw a guy in mumbai who has blank fire ammo at reasonable price he's a member of ifg his no is 9967063655 { sidesh}. This gentlemen also has blank firing pistols. but again his prices are a lil up the hill.

I agree, they are highly priced in India. People who sell such stuff in India get their work done through the customs clearing agents- the agents charge their %. Its not worth it to buy it from them.

My dad's friend who's a customs officer (Mumbai) told me that you can import them hassle-free if you have a gun license. My dad has a gun license and he can get it imported in his name. All he needs to do is to pay the 30% duty on the price. Also, ask the shipper to put TOY GUN on the invoice and on the packet.

I totally agree with u brother. I myself have a license but im located in a place called MHOW near indore . Dont know how to proceed for this in my state. Does this imply for the ammo too? Can u help me import one along with ur dad??? I wil pay the necessary charges for the same. tc

Alright. But it requires some permit from the Mumbai Commissioner's offices. Its some letter that states that the gun doesn't fire bullets, and couldn't be converted into a firearm. Give me some time- let us go through a proper channel. I will update you.
