need help with scopes

Post by davidj7 » Wed Jul 28, 2010 10:51 pm

I am planning to buy a scope for my diana 45 .I came across a few on ebay.in .Ive pasted the list of available scopes below

http://shop.ebay.in/i.html?_nkw=scope&_ ... 19bd7b3d7c

Could anyone point me to which one to buy which mounts to chose etc.I am a novice with scopes. Their prices are almost 4 times that one would pay in US. *sighs*

The kind of scopes displayed in the link would not stand up the to recoil of an ordinary spring piston air-rifle, let alone a slightly higher powered one like the Diana 45!

Save your money and but something better!

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

I got the scope virtually trouble free. It was posted from the UK via Royal Mail. Sailed through customs. no duty. Landed at my door within 15 days. P.S the box was marked "Scope" , not scope for rifle.

lucky me!!
