SHOT GUN & RIFLE AMMO

Recently i went to purchase shotgun and 7x57 rifle ammo.dealer told me that only ( 139 grain SELLEOR &BELLOT Soft point) ammo is available in 7x57 calibre .and in shotgun only ( CLEVER MIRAGE #BB and CLEVER MIRAGE Rifled Slug) is available throught india. I want to know that only SELLIOR &BELLOT in rifle and CLEVER MIRAGE ammo in shotgun are available in india .No other brand rifle ammo in 7x57 calibre and shotgun ammo other than clever mirage is ailable throught india.Is dealer fooling me.
