Norma is well respected for their quality cartridges.

I read a few complaints on S&B.They are cheaper,but their rifle ammo do go bang when the trigger is pulled.

Norma is a very good Ctg,i think they are loading with Nobel GP,and if i get it rite the Indian Context would be availibity check for the year of manufature,the only advantage with S& B is they are fresh

Norma is the better manufacturer. While I dont think Norma uses Nodel (Vectan) powders exclusively, their ammunition is very consistent and high quality. The brass is sought after by reloaders.

S&B also manufacters good ammo, though for competition I would rather have Norma ammo.

Assuming you can have access to both brands of ammo , the best is the brand which shoots most accurately from your rifle

Norma are part of the Dynamit Nobel group and will use Nobel powders of some description.
Vectan powders are French.
