Check out the link - no prices mentioned (as usual for Indian suppliers - when will they learn!!

) - but you can write to them and enquire. The site does say upto 300 bar of pressure...
Cheers!

Isn't it Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus = SCUBA?

Yes but when it is used solely on land, say by firemen, then the 'Underwater' is ditched and it becomes SCBA.
Inder, I thought you wanted a brand spanking new one. If you want one like mine (salvaged from a ship breaking yard) then contact Chandu. Prathap has an English filling adapter including manometer that he may just sell. Can ask him if you are interested.

Thanks for the offer Rusty, but I want to wait for sometime till I get my PCP. Was just calculating about how much total rig going to cost me if I get one.

Instead of using a scuba tank.. is it possible to use one of the commercial compressor with a suitable adaptor.. you can get one for Rs. 100/day on rent.

I doubt if commercial compressors can pump all the way up to 3000 psi... you would need a specialist pump...
Cheers!

There is a person in mumbai who sell these tanks to shooters at the maharashtra rifle association, the used scuba tanks were 3,500/- approx when I last checked.
Most fire engine stations have compressors for their 'breathing apparatus'. These compressor control the humidity which is important. I have seen quite a few match air rifles & air pistols compressed air cylinder corroded on the inside, which the expert say is due to the high humidity which one cannot avoid when the manual pump is used in very humid areas like mumbai. I would use the manual pump in a de humidified room ( to store camera equipment) or a room with the ac running.
I have one of the gehmann pumps which failed a few months ago, had it repaired in Mumbai by Dr Shirshat who has the original seals & special lubes (most important).
