Mounts for Bug Buster mini on Orion and NX

Just received a Bug Buster mini (Replica or not but really well made ,just pop in the CR1620 lithium cell and illumination comes to life) from aliexpress

but to my disappointment the spacing on this scope between the bell and turrets is quite small in this scope.So the 1 inch single mount ( link below) I have which works fine for normally spaced scopes, but is not compatible with Bugbuster mini mentioned above .

So I would like some suggestions on the same if I am looking at the right alternatives options and if they will hold on to the recoil:

Did it pass through the customs easily? u paid any duties? I believe riflescope is a restricted item. Didnt they ask for a licence to import it?
